Summer Quiz with BBQ

Sunshine, a delicious barbecue, and a healthy dose of nostalgia… that’s really all you need for a successful company outing. During this Summer Quiz with BBQ, coworkers will be transported back to the days of flippo’s, Walkmans, summer camping trips, and unforgettable summer hits. Only this time, they won’t have to pitch a tent or spend three hours stuck in traffic on the way to France. The teams will compete against each other in a series of hilarious game rounds—from a News Quiz and Ad Guessing to the Wheel of Fortune and a music round full of recognizable summer hits. For every correct answer, the teams earn coveted Flippos. And believe us: coworkers who are normally never that competitive suddenly turn out to be willing to do anything for one extra Flippo. There’s always someone who shouts, “I really knew that one!” …while the rest of the team wonders if he was perhaps listening to a completely different song.

In between all the game rounds, it’s time to enjoy a delicious barbecue. While the hamburgers are sizzling on the grill and the satay is sizzling away, the first conspiracy theories are already being discussed. Why did Team 3 suddenly know all the commercial jingles? Did someone practice in secret? And how is it possible that the youngest colleague answers all the nostalgic questions better than the one who actually lived through that era? For those who don’t want to end the evening just yet, there are plenty of options to extend the fun. For example, opt for an all-inclusive drink package or wrap things up with a spectacular Summer Afterparty. As soon as the first familiar hit blares from the speakers, the quiz venue naturally transforms into a dance floor. The coworker who said beforehand, “I’m just going to watch for a bit,” is ten minutes later enthusiastically singing along and dancing as if he’s never done anything else.

The game can also be fully personalized with questions, photos, and videos from your own organization. This is guaranteed to produce hilarious moments, especially when old staff photos or legendary company stories suddenly appear on the big screen. A professional photographer can capture the best moments, so there’s plenty to talk about even after the event is over. The Summer Quiz with BBQ is ideal as a company outing, team-building event, or luxury bachelor party and can be organized anywhere in the Netherlands and Belgium. One thing is certain: the winner may go home with the most Flippo tokens, but the biggest prize is actually the Monday afterward, when the office is still buzzing about that one jingle, that unexpected quiz champion, and the coworker who suddenly turned out to be surprisingly good at all those dance moves.
